Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our providers, please provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled, or missed within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur the following fees:

• $25 – Injections or quick services
• $50 – IV therapy
• $45 – Massage services
• $75 – Microneedling (ProCell)
• $100 – Functional medicine consultations
• $75 – Mobile IV appointments

Cancellation fees may be invoiced to the client, or charged at the client’s next appointment.

If you arrive more than ten (10) minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule in order to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments.
